- Non-refundable bookings or tickets will not be eligible for refunds.
- Proof of purchase or booking confirmation is required for all refund requests.
2. Non-Refundable Services

- Last-minute bookings (within 7 days of departure)
- Visa processing fees
- Travel insurance premiums
- Service charges and convenience fees
3. Refund Process
- Once we receive your cancellation request, we will review it and notify you of the status of your refund.
- If approved, your refund will be processed to your original method of payment within 7-10 business days.
- Service fees and administrative charges are non-refundable.
4. Changes to Bookings

5. No-Show Policy
Failure to show up for a booked trip without prior notice will result in forfeiture of the entire booking amount.
6. Late or Missing Refunds
- If you haven't received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
- Then contact your credit card company; it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
- If you've done all of this and still have not received your refund, please contact us immediately.
